Rotary Habari Yenu!
It was a calm Wednesday afternoon when Antony Gitei and I were walking on the streets of Kitale. Suddenly, a wonderful lady greeted us, “Rotary Habari Yenu?”
We checked to confirm if we had any Rotary branded material. To our astonishment we didn’t. Little did we know that she had recognized us from our actions four days earlier, when we visited Endebess Sub County Hospital to donate 30 scrubs to nurses and doctors, as part of Rotaract Club of Kitale’s initiative to curb the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
