As the deadline for the prestigious 2024 DCA Awards rapidly approaches, I urge every Rotary President in District 9212 to ensure they have submitted an entry. Incase you did not know, the deadline for the 2024 DCA Awards is Sunday 31st March. Do not wait until the last minute and submit a weak entry.

Set to be an extraordinary event in Watamu on Friday, 26th April 2024, this year’s awards ceremony promises to be a showcase of the remarkable efforts and projects undertaken by Rotary Clubs in District 9212.

This year, we are giving seven awards:

1. Membership Award
2. Public Image Award
3. We are One Award
4. Foundation Award
5. Special Project Award
6. Governance Award
7. DG Award

The DCA Awards committee will award clubs by country and region, offering a unique opportunity for clubs to gain visibility and recognition for their incredible work on a larger scale. “With the submission deadline set for 31st March 2024, time is of the essence. This is a gentle but crucial reminder for all Rotary members to touch base with their club leaders. Ensure that your club is in the running to be celebrated for its outstanding contributions and achievements,” says Caroline Kimutai, the 2024 DCA Awards Officer.
